What's nearby: Boasting a convenient location, you will have no trouble grabbing a latte from the Washburne Café down on Main, dining at one of several local restaurants, or popping into a few unique boutiques. When you want to venture out a bit further, take a stroll along the stunning Willamette or zip over to downtown Eugene for even more fun including the University of Oregon campus, just a few miles west. And if a beach day is on the agenda, the scenic 70-mile drive to the ocean is well worth it, as there is nothing quite like the Oregon Coast! There is no access to the top floor. Both the A and B units are separate units. There is no interior access (shared door) to move from unit to unit. To access each unit you need to go through the main front doors. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
