Waiver required. • Requests: Pack n' Play or stair gate (upon request). • Firewood not provided. • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads • Discounts applied automatically: -10% off for stays 7+ nights -20% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Pets: -Only room 2 to 8 are pet-friendly. -$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only). -Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions. -Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas. 1. NO parties & NO smoking in the motel room ($1000 fine). 2. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down. 3. Any damage caused by guests must be reported to the host immediately and will be the responsibility of the guest to repair or replace. 4. No jumping on beds. 6. Please respect the property and treat it as if it were your own. 7. Check-in time is from 3:00PM, and check-out time is by 11:00AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. 8. No fishing on the docks. There is a small public access spot down by our beach and a dock near by the public beach for fishing use. Kayaks: Kayaks can be used between hours of 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We require ALL renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver that can be found in your boarding pass link. Pet Policy: (Rooms 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 ONLY) We do allow dogs (max of 2) with some breed restrictions. • Must be authorized prior to booking. • Per pet fee $20/night | $100/week | $250/month • We ask that dogs must be on a leash when taken outside, and you must pick up after them to avoid other fees. Pet Policy: Rooms 1, 9, 10, 11, & 12 are non-pet friendly.
