The resort is richly themed with Victorian architecture and recaptures the heyday of the upstate New York country retreats of the late 1800s. The Treehouse Villas are nestled at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa and points purchased into Saratoga can be used for priority booking at both the resort and the Treehouse Villas. The resort consists of five swimming pools: three leisure pools and two feature pools including waterslides, whirlpool spas and aqua-play areas. Villas will be assigned upon check-in within the view category. Room photos are representative of the furnishings, view, etc. and may vary. The resort retains the right to alter or close the amenities in accordance to COVID-19 restrictions, construction projects, or other issues. Refunds in full or in part are not available for any reason, so travel insurance is strongly recommended. In the unlikely event of a resort closure, guests will receive any available vacation credit.
