(You will hear road noise) Guest access Guests who book this "double space" under a single reservation will have access to the entire property, including backyard space. There is a door adjoining the interior of the two garages which can be used to visit each side, without having to go outside. Other things to note This unit is close to many amenities and attractions. As such, you should expect to hear road noise. We have ordered improved soundproofing windows and are awaiting install in the bedrooms which will help considerably! Please be assured that we do have noise blocking curtains, sound machines and even ear plugs for the most sensitive sleepers, if needed. Outdoor front camera on each porch faces outward toward the driveway and street. One rear entrance camera faces toward fence gate and road. No tampering with outdoor cameras is permitted. Immediate cancellation without refund applies to violation. There are no other cameras or recording devices on this property. No parties or events are permitted. No unauthorized guests are permitted. This is a pet free property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted within the home or garage. Any smoke odor or evidence of unauthorized pets will incur fines, as stated in guest book.
