Only 1 curb step from parking lot to the door. The space As you walk in this cozy vacation retreat you are welcomed by the seasonal decorations and the complimentary treats right on the kitchen island. The kitchen on the left has everything you need to make a pot a coffee, a meal for family, or have a glass of wine and relax on the screened in porch. With a double sink in the island and full size updated appliances you will not be missing any home comforts. Full washer and dyer in kitchen across form fridge provided for your washing needs. The living area has 2 amazingly comfortable electric leather recliners next to a hide a bed couch that doesn't have those annoying frame bars that stick in your back. Folds out on floor for a great queen size bed! The tv/ electric fireplace has standard cable and wifi for all of your entertainment needs. The screened in porch is where it is at. Seating for 4 with 2 tables will keep you outside enjoying the scenery most of the day! Back inside to the left is the bedroom with an unbelievably conformable king size bed with smart tv and accompanying dresser and night stand. Lastly, the bathroom with full size tub and shower has complimentary soap, shampoo, lotion, towels and washcloths for all your bathing needs before a night out on the Branson strip which is nearby. Guest access Enter from parking lot with 1 curb step into condo. Self check in with keypad for entry. Other things to note -No Smoking of any kind inside condo or on screened in patio -No events or parties or large gatherings -Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. -Must be 25 years old to book -Additional fees and taxes may apply -We are Dog friendly so be aware of this if you have allergies. 2 Normal sized dogs. $50 pet fee. -There is only 1 curb step to enter property from parking lot -
