We also allow SMALL pets (under 20 lbs). The space The whole house is yours for your stay, including a small fenced-in backyard & patio area with outdoor dining table, gas grille, and fire pit! Three bedrooms (2 queen + twin) and a convertible couch can comfortably sleep 5-6 guests. All modern conveniences are available including high-speed mesh Wi-Fi internet, new 55" HDTV (streaming services only), dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, etc. If you are traveling with small children, we have additional amenities available such as high chair, stroller, playpen, car seats... just ask, we probably have it! Guest access We have parking in the driveway, which will accomodate 2 cars. Additional free parking is available on the street. Easily walk / jog / bike to the center of downtown, 6 short blocks away! Other things to note This is not a party house! It is a quiet residential area. Please respect your neighbors and the community. We live very close by if any situation or emergency arises. Please note that we do charge an additional fee for 3 or more guests, which is $25 per guest per night.
