The space Welcome to our charming seafront studio, ideally located on the fifth floor of Residence Santa Cruz in Nieuwpoort, offering stunning beach views and quick access to local amenities. The studio is easily accessible by lift, ensuring your maximum comfort. Our studio is carefully furnished to provide a relaxing and practical environment. The living room includes a convertible sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two, a recliner and two single beds hidden in a wardrobe for additional sleeping options. The studio is also equipped with a TV and internet access. Ample storage space is also provided by a wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen includes a traditional steam oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a selection of basic spices, allowing you to cook and eat in peace (table + 4 chairs). The bathroom includes a bathtub, ideal for a relaxing soak after a day at the beach (towels are not provided). Bedding for the sofa bed and two folding beds, including duvets and pillows, is not available. The studio can be accessed either from the seafront promenade or from the rear (Albertlaan). The garage door is located next to the Verdoncx florist. After going down the ramp, turn right alongside the bicycles and you will find the lift behind the door. The studio has its own entrance and exit; details will be provided individually by message when you make your booking. Pay parking spaces are available nearby, only charged for at weekends and during school holidays.
