The Hayloft

A brand new 1 bedroom hayloft conversion in the historic and charming village of Medbourne, nestled in rolling Leicestershire countryside. The space The Hayloft conversion was completed in June 2023, to a very high standard. It has a modern, airy feel, with loads of light. It is south facing, so gets sun for most of the day. The upstairs living area has a Juliet balcony, allowing the doors to be opened to let in the sun and country air. Guest access The Hayloft is completely self contained and you stay in the whole property, with access via a private entrance. There is a door through to the main property, but this can be locked on both sides to ensure complete privacy. Other things to note There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. There is a smart TV, with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, but it does not have a TV aerial, so no terrestrial channels I’m afraid. The bathroom has a fabulous walk in shower, and even has a Bluetooth-enabled mirror, so you can play music while you soak! Bed linen is 800 thread count Egyptian Cotton. The integrated fridge has a freezer compartment - the door needs to be firmly shut 😉
