Recently fully renovated, we aim to give you a boutique hotel experience.   The house has been designed to create a stylish and elegant atmosphere where you will experience a warmth throughout. You will have the whole house to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your booking. We have paid every attention to detail, from the luxurious and comfortable orthopaedic mattresses to the sumptuous pillows, duvets and blackout curtains; all to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.   We provide a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will require. Appliances include: electric hob, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer / dryer machine, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board. We also provide tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.   We provide 4K smart HDTVs in three bedrooms, with two having 32-inch TVs (Balsam ensuite, Ebony Room) and one a 55-inch TV (Redwood Room). All have hairdryers provided. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and all towels and linen are provided.   In the lounge, there is a 43-inch 4K smart HDTV with Netflix and Freeview. We provide super-fast WiFi that extends throughout the house. The dining area has a table for 6 people that can double up as a workspace.   You can relax and unwind in the private garden. You can enjoy the tranquil surrounding and relax at the end of the day on the patio whilst socialising on the Rattan furniture.   Clean towels, fresh bed linen, ironing board, tea, coffee, white sugar, sweetener, and biscuits are provided. There is free parking for 2 vehicles (height restriction of 2.1m), and additional free on road parking.   Solihull town centre, shops, restaurants & supermarkets are all close by, and the NEC, Resorts World & Birmingham International Airport are a 10-minute drive away. Only a 5-minute drive away from the M42 & Jaguar Land Rover. A small convenience store is a 1 minute walk up the road, whilst Morrisons supermarket is a 5 minute drive. Solihull hospital is a 3-minute drive away.   The home would be perfect for those looking to visit the Midlands with its wide range of attractions and surrounding historical towns and villages, including Stratford Upon Avon, The Cotswolds and Warwick.   We welcome both corporate stays and family stays, and can provide a travel cot, high chair and baby bath support at no additional cost should you need them.
