Come and enjoy our remodeled house that sits on 5 acers and offers beautiful quartz countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen a huge deck to enjoy the sunsets. The island has seating for 9. UPDATE: we are landscaping, building a shop & gazebo by the house this spring so there may be construction equipment around please bear with us as we make these updates to the property The space There are two bedrooms upstairs with one queen bed in each room. The bedroom downstairs has a king bed. The pull out couch is located downstairs. We also offer paddle boards for rent. Please contact me for more information! Guest access Whole house except the locked door in the basement to the mechanical room. Other things to note We have a fully stocked kitchen with baking sheets, spatulas, whisks, mixing bowls, serving trays, cutting boards, serving bowls and serving wear, margarita glasses, low ball glasses, plastic cups and glass wear, BBQ utensils for the gas grill. We have a pop up pergola to use on the Deck with weights. (It is to stay at the house and not to be taken to the beach. If it is taken to the beach or damaged a fee will be charged.) We do not have a washer and dryer.
