Ideally located just minutes from several wedding venues on the Midlands Meander such as Enfin Estate, Brahman Hills, The Gallery, Providence, Fordoun, Netherwood and others. Surrounded by farmlands and a beautiful view overlooking the dam you’re sure to rest well and likely be woken up to the sounds of the birds… and possibly the chickens! The space The farm is located 12 minutes from the centre of town, 5kms from the Nottingham Road off ramp and there is only 700m of newly surfaced gravel road before you reach the farm. The house is isolated enough for your privacy even though the property is shared with 3 other homes, for your peace of mind and safety. You’ll find the atmosphere to be light and cozy with warm sunny rooms overlooking the farm. Guest access You’ll have access to a cozy lounge space, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Please bear in mind that you will drive on a gravel road and a short distance (700m) and the farm cottage is accessible to all vehicle types. Other things to note Bear in mind this is a working farm so farm machinery and animals can be expected - we kindly ask that you don’t walk on the farm as the animals won’t be expecting you. 🚜 🐄🐕 The cottage is self catering but some necessities will be provided for you.
