House in the market place of St Chinian

This unique accommodation is in the heart of St Chinian, quiet with views of the hill, pass the gate and you are in the market square. All the amenities of the village are within walking distance. Detached house 60 m2 with terrace and balcony. House completely renovated and equipped with two new reversible air conditioning units (July 2025) . The space When you push the front door you will discover the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area whose table is expandable. Air-conditioned kitchen. Facilities: Fridge with small freezer, induction hob, rotating heat oven, combined microwave, Nespresso-type capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, electric plancha, electric barbecue and everything you need to cook. The air-conditioned living room has an express convertible corner sofa and with real 2-person bedding of 140cm (18cm thick), a large TV and access to the balcony. The room offers a 160cm Queen size bed in bagged springs and shape-memory mattress toppers as well as a green marble chest of drawers. The mattresses are protected by a mattress house and a tongue. Cushions have double protection. An umbrella bed with real mattress can be made available free of charge, notifying us because it is not on site (provide mattress cover sheet) . On the outside, a summer lounge is available with a side plank to use the electric barbecue and plancha. Our friends the pets are allowed but neither the sofa nor the beds will be accessible to them. Rabbits and other NACs are not accepted due to damage... Non-smoking accommodation for the respect of all. Guest access The arrival is done independently from 2 p.m. Access is via a garage door. All the space of the house, below as well as the terrace area is made available. The garden belongs to the neighboor and is not accessible. Public charging stations for electric vehicles are a few meters from the house Departures are no later than 10am in the morning, house clean, cleaned and tidy. Other things to note Bicycles and motorcycles can be sheltered and parked under the house. Car parking is done in the parking lot of the market square, facing the house. Free parking. Long-term rentals are possible outside the summer season and will involve a monthly recharging of electricity consumption at real cost. The discount for rentals of more than 28 days is not applicable for the period of July and August.
