The gate closes automatically ensuring full privacy for you and your guests. Other things to note The home is on a large 5-acre lot that is sectioned off with a fence in the middle of the land. Guests will have access to the fenced in area surrounding the house (about 2.5 acres). You'll be just a short 5-min drive to downtown Paso Robles! Although we like pets, we do not allow pets on the property. Strictly no smoking!!
