This is a small quiet 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Nestled in the woods with a serene pond in the backyard. Whether you’re in the area for work or play you will enjoy your stay here surrounded by nature. The living room has a 70 inch smart TV with Wi-Fi and some live channels. *note that there is not cable. There is a recliner, couch, chair, and ottoman. KITCHEN Fully equipped with all the needed tools and some pantry essentials. Keurig and coffee pot, dishes, utensils, cookware, Brita water pitcher, fridge, dishwasher and detergent, oven, microwave. We also provide water bottles, hot chocolate and coffee K-cups, tea bags, and smore ingredients for the fire pits. Feel free to use any spices and oils in the cupboard. There is a grill outside as well. The Kitchen seats four and we also have folding chairs if needed. The table pulls out to seat 6. (message the owner if you will need the table pulled out). There is also a table on the back porch that seats 4. The back porch is the perfect place to watch the sunrise or sunset. KID-FRIENDLY • We have a high chair, bath seat, and pack-n-play you may use for FREE. -Please message the owner if you need these items. BEDROOMS *ALL BEDROOMS HAVE A SMART TV AND LUGGAGE HOLDERS • The Master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, closet, chest of drawers and private bathroom • Guest bedroom #1 has a single bed, smart TV, and closet • Guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed, smart TV, closet, and chest of drawers BATHROOMS The home has two bathrooms. One bathroom is connected to the master bedroom and has a large soaking tub and a shower. The second bathroom is near the 2 guest bedrooms and has a shower/tub combo. We supply guests with some toiletries. OTHER AMENITIES • Trail and Firepits: - Outside you will find a firepit in the backyard and a firepit on the peninsula beside the pond. You can use either one! - Feel free to FISH and have FUN! • From 1880-1920 there was a pottery shop here. The pottery was created using clay dug by the pond, which was a creek at the time. -We often find broken pottery outside and on the trails. We have a jar where we collect the broken pieces. If you find a piece of pottery, please sign your name and/or the year on the pottery and add it to our collection! • High-speed internet • Washer with supplied laundry detergent and dryer • Cleaning supplies • Dishwasher pods • Board games Guest access Enjoy the property, trails, and pond. Please follow the signs and note that it is a private home/drive past the trail on the driveway. This is also a shared driveway Other things to note Pets (dogs only) are permitted with owner approval with a limit of 2 pets for an additional fee of $75 per booking. This is a smoke-free home. No parties are permitted on the property.
