Living on site means that we can quickly help you in an ‘out of hours’ emergency should the need arise. The Cowpers Oak is grade two listed and dates from the 1750’s (as far as we can tell). All our rooms are ensuite and contained within the original part of the building. The rooms are completely refurbished, but you can’t mistake the character of the old inn, especially in the comfortable main bar, where you can mix with the friendly locals.
