All Year Round Cottage by Trent River

Enjoy your stay in a newly built luxurious all season cottage on the Trent River. 1600sqft, 2 storey deck, private dock and panoramic views await your arrival. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms A/C and heating with modern amenities makes your stay comfortable. The space This stylish and modern waterfront cottage is your home away from home. A spacious comfortable place for 6 guests. The lower covered patio is great to enjoy meals on the bespoke 8 seater table. Grill some amazing meals on the propane BBQ. There is also seating for you to hang around the propane firepit. Spend your day lounging on the daybed and hammocks located on the upper deck which is also covered. Here you can enjoy the panoramic views and take in all nature has to offer. Spend your nights by the water around the custom built firepit which is fully illuminated. Fire wood is provided. The large yard offers an excellent space for outdoor activities and oversized board games like large garden checkers, and Jenga. Compete with family and friends in badminton or Battle Axe! A private dock provides a great place for canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing and swimming. PLEASE NOTE there is NO DIVING from the dock. Water shoes are ideal to spend time in the water. The inside of the cottage offers high end finishes and modern décor. 2 large full bath (one with a walk-in shower) is also located on the each level. On the lower level there is a spacious living area with a sectional and two chairs, Sectional can be converted to a sofa bed. There is a TV in the main living area with Fire TV Stick where you can log into your own Prime Video, Netflix, and Disney+. There is a large eat in kitchen with all new appliances and dishwasher and moveable island which allows for extra prep space. The upper floor also has a secondary living area with a Day bed that pulls out to a King size bed. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and closet. Guest access Guest can enjoy the entire cottage (except for the furnace and storage room on the main floor). Guests has access to all outdoor furniture/games/canoe (max 3 persons) and 2 Paddle boards with 5 life jackets in total Other things to note Cottage is located on the river. Note: Please keep kids under constant supervision at all times as river is easily accessible and is an active water way with boats and water vehicles. There is parking at the top of the property for 5 vehicles. NOTE: It is a steep driveway, parking at the bottom of the driveway requires extra caution. Please be considerate and respectful to neighbors and avoid loud noises. We follow a strict cleaning protocol. OUTDOOR FOOT WEAR IS NOT PERMITTED INDOORS. SMOKING/VAPING/MARIJUANA ARE NOT permitted anywhere on the property. (If any evidence $500 fine will be applied) If any major damage to the property a $1000 fine will be applied. Guests should adhere to Norwood Township fire warning indicator. Complimentary filtered water dispenser is provided for guests to enjoy.
