BEDROOM: Queen bed, A/C, 55" HD TV, full closet, iron, portable fan. BATHROOM: Full bathroom with tub. 2 regular towels per person, and 1 beach towel per person. Blower, hand soap. LIVING ROOM: 65" HD TV & LED lights; 2 ceiling fans that keep the temperature cool while you enjoy a movie or program. (NO A/C). KITCHEN: Electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, blender, and LED lights that you can set the color of preference providing a unique atmosphere according to your mood. A bar area where you can prepare cocktails, wine, or drinks for any celebration. BALCONY: It contains 2 ceiling fans, outdoor furniture for breakfast and/or outdoor dining, a sitting area for reading, or simply enjoying Luquillo's day and night coastal life. BEACH EQUIPMENT: Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel, mini cooler. PARKING: 1 assigned parking space, with access control and under cover. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire place, the patio, and all amenities. Make yourself at home! This property is completely private. Other things to note DOOR CODE: We'll send you the directions and lock box code on the day of your check-in. CHECK-IN: Check in time is at 3:00pm. Before arriving in the city, we need to make sure that our previous guests have checked out, that the cleaning and maintenance service has passed through the unit, and that the sheets and towels are clean and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight deadline. CHECK OUT: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please keep this rule in mind so that we can go in and prepare it for the next guest. TV: This property has 2 Smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, Amazon Prime, and sound equipment. Simply press the corresponding button on the remote control for unlimited streaming of movies and TV shows. You'll need to log in to your account. SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note that the complex has security cameras that cover only the outdoor areas of the property. They remain on and in operation at all times, only to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the traveler. 2 cameras in the parking lot, and 1 at each pedestrian entrance. IMPORTANT: POSSIBLE POWER OUTAGES In Puerto Rico, power outages may occur without notice, as they depend on the local provider. Although it is not under our control, we always try to respond quickly and offer solutions when possible.
