Located is a quiet tree lined street, you are only a few minutes walk to cafes, restaurants and shops – your biggest decision will be whether to stroll to Toorak Village, Hawksburn Village, Chapel Street or Toorak Road. Public Transport is very close with the tram or bus only around a 4 minute walk. Two $10 Myki(public transport cards) are also provided for your use. The space This immaculate newly renovated home is situated in a perfect and convenient location. Everything you could need is close by with Toorak Village or Como Park just around the corner. Melbourne is famous for its vibrant dining culture and whether you’re here for the Australian Open Tennis, the Melbourne Cup, the Grand Prix, the Football or the shopping and arts scene or just to visit the world’s most liveable city and its restaurants you can’t help but be impressed. This beautiful, light filled home is very comfortable with all you could ask for. Stylish and comfortable furniture and lovely artwork, complemented by a stunning private garden. The large lounge / living room adjoins a formal dining room both of which open directly onto the beautiful garden in which you will be able to relax and enjoy your stay in Melbourne. There are 2 large bedrooms both with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen size bed – each with pure cotton sheets. The newly renovated bathroom boasts a wonderful shower and separate bath. There is also a separate powder room. The brand new kitchen is well appointed with stone benchtops, gas cooktop and electric oven, microwave oven, toaster and coffee machine, and a gorgeous nook for kitchen dining – again overlooking the main garden. All modern conveniences are provided with central heating and 3 reverse cycle air conditioners (bedrooms and lounge), NBN internet connection with Wifi and a large Smart TV with Netflix. There is also a separate laundry with brand new washing machine and dryer, and outside clothesline if preferred. The garden is bathed in sunshine for much of the day, and there is an outdoor setting for al-fresco dining and also two very comfortable sun lounges for relaxing. There is also an outside studio which could be used as a separate work area or artists studio if you feel so inclined, and a secure off street parking for your car. Guest access Guests have full (and private) access to the entire house and garden during their stay. Other things to note No parties or events are permitted at any time. The property is not suitable for young children. The home is equipped with a security system - for both your security and ours. Animals are not permitted in house or garden at any time.
