The space Our cozy and comfortable unit is strategically located along Jalan Ampang in Kuala Lumpur. The space is 440 square feet and can accommodate up to 4 pax. Our unit is fully furnished complete with modern appliances and amenities which we hope is sufficient for your stay. -2 fold-able floor mattress and comfortable sofa sitting in the living hall. Plus, all bedrooms & living hall have sheer & black-out curtains to ensure your well-deserved night rest. Payment for this fee must be made directly to the host, either in cash or via bank transfer. Please update us in advance if you have any request. ❀❀ ★ Extra Guest Fee: MYR35 per guest per night. Auto-calculated with correct number of guests upon booking confirmation. Visitors are not allowed . ★ Late Check-out Fee: 50% of normal rate will be charged if check out before 1PM 70% of normal rate will be charged before 3PM 100% of normal rate will be charged after 3PM ★ STRICTLY NO illegal activities are allowed in the apartment. Necessary actions will be taken and booking cancellation without refund. ★ Unacknowledged Parties & Events Penalty: MYR300 ★ Smoking Penalty: MYR300 ★ Lost Card or Key Penalty: MYR300 ★ Unexpected Extra Cleaning Penalty: MYR300 ★ Pets are strictly not allowed. Penalty applies for extra cleaning or damages. ★ Item Damaged: We will send replacement to you at the earliest once reported. Charges applies based on the condition of the item. ★ Item Missing: Charges applied based on the value of the item. ★ Building Quiet Hours: 10PM to 8AM ★ Turn off all electric appliances when are not in used (except WiFi devices and fridge) ★ Let the furniture stay where they belong. DO NOT rearrange the furniture for any purpose. ★ Take the garbage out when it's full, throw the garbage bag into garbage room on the same floor, and clean the dishes after using them. ★ Lost and Found: Keep up to 30 days only. Cost to be borne by the guest if wish to collect via shipping method. ★ Kindly note that some facilities may be closed due to current SOP. ★ NOTICE TO ALL SHORT-STAY GUESTS Effective Date: 17 November 2025 Please be informed that, effective 17 November 2025, the use of the following facilities at Arte Plus @ Jalan Ampang will be chargeable for all short-stay guests: Lazy River Spa – Tower 1, Level 35 Gymnasium – Tower 2, Level 43 Usage Fee: RM10.00 per 2-hour slot Maximum Users: 5 persons per unit, per booking slot Please note that the free use option will be discontinued effective 17 November 2025.
