The cottage is located on the outskirts of the town of Varnsdorf, in a cottage settlement surrounded by beautiful nature. It stands on private property and a grassy area, surrounded by mature trees. In front of the cottage there is an outdoor swimming pool, and behind the cottage there is a hot tub with a whirlpool. Near the cottage is the Mašíňák Pond (about 150 m away), which, with its area of 9 ha, is suitable for swimming and fishing. The cottage is fully and modernly equipped. It has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family or friends. The space Sleeping in the cottage is possible in two bedrooms. Each bedroom has four beds. The living room offers the option of comfortable sleeping on a sofa bed for two additional people. The living room has a large dining table and a fireplace stove for romantic winter evenings and spending time with the family. Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a corner sofa are, of course, provided. The bedrooms have large, spacious wardrobes and bedside tables. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances. A dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, hob, two coffee machines, kettle, toaster and large fridge-freezer are available. The bathroom has two sinks, a massage shower stall, cabinets and a washing machine. The cottage has two separate toilets. The entire house is heated by electric heating, and an additional heat source is provided by a fireplace stove with a heat exchanger. The pergola has seating for 10 people, and you can play table football or darts there. There is another seating area in the garden on wooden benches under a parasol. You can enjoy moments of relaxation in the hot tub, which you can indulge in with a hot bath in winter and as a refreshing bath combined with sunbathing in summer. The hot tub is only out of service during severe cold weather. The cottage is suitable for families with children, but absolutely unsuitable for holding parties with large amounts of alcohol. The cottage is not suitable for stormy parties and events, such as bachelorette parties. The cottage sits on the border of a forest, where you can see forest animals, so please be respectful and considerate of nature! The hot tub is charged at CZK 600 (€25) per day. The price for using the hot tub may vary depending on the number of people. Payment on site in cash. In freezing weather, the hot tub is out of service.
