Welcome to our fully renovated house, in the heart of the village of Teilleul, on a quiet little street. The silver dragonfly will offer you a pleasant stay while enjoying the surrounding countryside and all amenities in an authentic village with its local shops. 20 km away you will find the medieval town of Domfront and a 1 hour drive to Mont Saint Michel, Avranches, Granville... The Mortain waterfalls are also not to be missed. The space a 52 m2 townhouse recently decorated to make it cozy and pleasant for your romantic or family stays. It can accommodate 3 people and a baby and is equipped with 2 bedrooms (bed 160 x 200 cm and 90 x 200 cm). Linens and towels are available. The property consists of: An open kitchen on the living room, with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, hood, microwave. Sofa and armchair, coffee table and TV equipped with the latest apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+...) with internet access. a dining area, rectangular table + 4 chairs. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and with comfortable beds (160x200 Queen size and 90x200) a travel cot and mattress are at your disposal. A shower room with toilet. The house has no exterior. Services provided: Wi-Fi, shower towels, bed linen, shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher tablet, coffee and tea pods. Heat pump heating, air conditioning. Guest access Access On foot: 3 minutes from shops, bakery, bar, post office, butcher, kebab, banks, optician, covered market on Thursday morning. 5 min from Coccinelle which can help you out. If by car: 1 hour from Jullouville Beach, Mont St Michel, landing beaches, Avranches... 15 minutes from the Mortains Waterfalls, 20 minutes from Domfront and St Hilaire du Harcouet. Free outdoor parking is available at the music school located across from the street of the accommodation, otherwise free spaces are available on the main street of the village. Other things to note A key box is located outside the accommodation to allow you to check yourself in. Transparent garbage bags are available under the sink and pickup takes place on Thursday morning after leaving them on Wednesday evening in front of the house on the sidewalk.
