Book now for an unforgettable Music City escape! The space LAYOUT -Open concept kitchen, 65inch Smart TV, and dining room - dining table with seating for 6. Kitchen counter seating for 3. Couch is a queen pull-out bed. *Note that there is no longer a rug underneath the couch/coffee table. -Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishware, Keurig, and k-cups. -4 bedrooms - two with King beds, one with a Queen bed, and one with 2 twin bunk beds. -The master suite contains the master room, laundry room, en suite full bathroom with double sinks, and the twin bunk room (sliding barn door separates the room). -2 full bathrooms - one in the master suite and the other off the kitchen and near the other bedrooms. -2 Smart TV’s - one in each king bedroom. -Washer & Dryer available for guest use. OUTDOORS -Large, fenced backyard that is great for dogs. -Private driveway with a gate. WHAT'S IN THE HOUSE -Fresh bed linens provided. We’ll provide towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. -Each full bathroom has a hair dryer and makeup washcloths. -The laundry room has one steamer, iron & ironing board that is attached to the back of the door. -We also provide an *initial round* of toilet paper, paper towels, & coffee, if you need more, you can stock up from the grocery store. OTHER -Pack and Play (Sheet and mattress protector provided. If you use them PLEASE put in the laundry room to be washed when you check out. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of any locked owner's closets and the attic.
