Welcome to our peaceful, detached 2 bedroom cottage located on a private road just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Nestled opposite an 18-hole golf course and close to the South Downs National Park and Seven Sisters Country Park, our cottage is the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty. There are plenty of lovely walks and excellent mountain biking routes nearby. Regular transport links are also available to Brighton, Eastbourne, Glyndebourne and Alfriston. The space The cottage boasts 1 double bedroom with an en suite and 1 twin room with an adjacent family bathroom. The large, open-plan living space has a kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Other things to note There is a private, enclosed, garden as part of the cottage. The gate at the end of the driveway has a gap of about 15cm at the bottom so, if you have small dogs, please bear this in mind.
