The train station is just a short walk away, and the central parking lot is right next door – perfect for your arrival. The space The house once housed the first Kulmbach joint-stock brewery "EKU", which still exists today and delights beer enthusiasts and foodies alike. With high, ornate ceilings, this apartment offers a unique atmosphere that immediately transports you back in time without sacrificing modern comfort. From the large windows, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city, and the sunny ambiance makes the apartment bright and welcoming. The location is unbeatable: you are right in the center of Kulmbach and have everything you need right at your doorstep. Guest access Kulmbach is well connected and offers various transportation options. By car, you can reach the city via the A70 and A9 highways. The drive from Nuremberg or Bayreuth takes about an hour. Traveling by train is also possible: Kulmbach has a train station that is served by various cities in Germany. If you are traveling by car, the "EKU Platz" parking lot right next to the accommodation is a great option. This parking lot has plenty of spaces and is a secure way to park your car during your stay in Kulmbach. For additional security and convenience, you can also use the underground garage located under the square. This way, you can easily unload your luggage and immediately immerse yourself in your accommodation. Other things to note Note: The landlord and contractual partner is the respective property owner.
