Casinha Roots 3 km from the center

The little roots house is simple. Ideal for those who come to visit Campos do Jordão, but need a functional and well-located place (3 km from the tourist center). The little house has a full kitchen for those who want to cook, a living room with a 50-inch SAMSUNG TV, a bedroom with a king-size bed, with bed linens and bath towels included in the daily rate. I rent the little house when I'm not in town, so I ask you to take care of it as if it were your own :) The outside needs painting, I'll be working on it in the future. The space The house has 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchen with cooking utensils such as a stove, oven, air fryer, blender, bowls, glasses, plates, a stainless steel refrigerator, etc. The living room has a sofa bed and a 50-inch SAMSUNG TV with Netflix, Globoplay and HBO. The cars are upstairs, along with the car from the other Airbnb (upstairs house). Guest access The little house is the floor below another Airbnb. We share the same lot and parking. However, the upstairs does not have access to your space. So the little house will be just for you. Access is from the side of the property. After booking, I will send you a video showing you how to access it.
