Should I bring ID? - Yes. The lobby receptionist will ask for you to show it. It will not be deposited. 3. How do I check-in? - Upon booking, we will ask for your IDs to process the guest authorization form (GAF). After admin's approval, we will send you a digital copy of the approved GAF form which you will use upon check in at the lobby receptionist. Then, we will send self check-in instructions. The door have a digital lock so we will only give a digital passcode, not keys. 4. What tower and floor is the unit located? - Tower 3, 30th floor. 5. Is smoking allowed? - Yes, only at the balcony. 6. Can we bring alcoholic drinks? - Yes. 7. Are visitors allowed? - yes, so long as it won't exceed 4 persons including main guests. Kindly inform me a day ahead so I can include them in the guest authorization form. 8. Is there parking? - Guests may park their car at SM Light Mall with a fee. Unit owners also offer parking rental for a fee of 350 pesos. 9. How much is the swimming pool fee and what time is it open? - 150 pesos per person - 300 pesos per person during holiday It is open from 6:00AM to 10:00PM. Kindly request in advance for swimming pass (at least a day before). 10. Is there dress code for swimming? - Yes. Dress code for swimming are swimsuit, swimming shorts, short/long swim briefs, swim shirt (not cotton), bikinis, rushguard and religious swimwear. 11. Can we drop luggage during cleaning time (12:00pm - 2:00pm)? - No. Kindly keep your valuables with you since I employ different cleaners. House Rules: 1. Do not hang clothes at the balcony. 2. Quiet time is from 10:00pm until 6:00am. 3. Do not smoke inside the unit. 4. Pets is not allowed. 5. Do not open the main door when cooking. The above house rules is admin's condo policy. Violations of it, once apprehended by the security guards, will be penalized with a minimum charge of Php 500. Guest access They can use the whole condo unit and balcony.
