On the first floor there are the 5 rooms but currently only three are available. The first has a double bed, a dresser, a living room and through a hallway you can reach the private bathroom with a large shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The second has a double bed, a large closet and the private bathroom consisting of a large shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The third is a very spacious suite, with king size bed, single bed, living room, walk-in closet and a large bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet, bidet and rain shower Bed linen and towels are provided by us. Guest access In addition to the room, living room, kitchen, etc., there is a garden and parking. Behind the house there is a forest road that leads to Mount Auremiano from which you have a beautiful view to the sea With a little luck, you can meet roe deer, lynx, hawk bear, etc. A few kilometres away are the cities of Trieste (It) Capodistria Pirano Portorose Abbey (Hr) During your stay I will be available for any need and I will be happy to explain what to see and do nearby. Other things to note The price DOES NOT include occupancy taxes of €2.00 per person per day, to be paid upon arrival in CASH. Cleaning of the room is available upon request with a cost of €10.00 per cleaning. Bed linen and towels are provided by us. In the breakfast area you can find a high chair for infants.
