On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms but currently only three are available. The first has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a sitting room and through a hallway you reach the private bathroom with a large shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The second has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a private bathroom consisting of a large shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The third is a very large suite, with a king-size bed, a single bed, a sitting room, a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with 2 sinks, a toilet, a bidet, and a rainfall shower. Bed linen and towels are provided by us. Guest access In addition to the bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc., the garden and parking are available for guests. Behind the house, a forest road leads to Mount Auremiano, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. With a little luck, you can meet roe deer, lynxes, bears, hawks, etc. A few kilometers away are the cities of Trieste (It) Koper Piran Portorož Opatija (Hr) During your stay I will be available for any needs and will be happy to explain what to see and do in the surroundings. Other things to note The price does NOT include the tourist tax of €2.00 per day per person, to be paid upon arrival in CASH. Room cleaning is available on request at a cost of €10.00 per cleaning. Bed linen and towels are provided by us. In the breakfast area you can find a high chair for babies. We also have two cots for children from 0 to 4 years old, which can be placed in the suites or in one of the rooms.
