Sunset Heights is a drive to waterfront property that is the perfect modern rustic summer oasis for a small family getaway. Newly built in 2018. Sunset Heights is situated on a large property with a great waterfront that consists of both the magnificent Georgian Bay rock and a natural sandy beach. We would like to invite you to come and enjoy the love and beauty we created while watching the sunset. The shoreline gently slopes into the water, great for shallow water lovers and deep enough for the stronger swimmers, you may just find yourself swimming all day. Sunset Heights is located in Woods Bay, Georgian Bay and is approximately a 2 hour drive from Toronto and surrounding area! It consists of a master bedroom with a king bed on the main floor with a full view of the bay, on the upper lever there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a full view of the bay, the other bedroom has a double and single with large windows to bring in the morning sun. Our cottage is equipped with a full kitchen (fridge, freezer, bar fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, sink), and two and half washrooms! Master bedroom has a walk-in shower with separate toilet and vanity, the other full washroom has a tub/shower, toilet and sink. The half washroom has a toilet and sink located just off the kitchen for convenience. There is a TV with DVD/Blueray player and a good selection of DVD movies provided, a barbecue on the back deck (propane is included with the rental). What to do by the water, you ask? You can use our Kayak, canoe or the paddle boat. We provide some life jackets as well. There are PLENTY of great fishing spots nearby, which could make for a great family adventure! Feel free to lounge on the front deck facing the water where we have a dining table, umbrella, outdoor couch and plenty of seating on each deck level, whether you want sun or shade you will find your perfect spot. Or, feel free to hang out on the back deck, while the kids play in the yard! Sunset Heights is truly majestic and is the perfect stay for a quiet family looking to escape the busy lifestyle.
