Relax with the whole family at this peaceful & secluded 5 acre property. Private waterfront, with a place to put in your kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Fresh water lake is great for swimming / fishing. BBQ out back, make a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or go to any of the local spots to eat. Take a day trip to one of the many springs in the area, St. Augustine, UF Gainesville Gators, or Historic Palatka. Listen to the owls at night while sitting around the fire pit eating smores. The space 1500 sq ft home with three bedrooms and two baths. Queen sized bed in the main bedroom with an ensuite bath that has two sinks and a walk in shower. Bedroom two has two twin beds. Bedroom three has a full size futon. Second bath with a tub / shower combo. Plenty of towels available. Go home with fresh clothing, full sized washer and dryer in the home, free for you to use. Large open family room with 55" TV. Amazon Prime is ready for you to use, or log onto your own favorite streaming service, or watch a DVD. There are floats available in the hall closet for you to use, easy to blow up, and lounge around on the lake (please let them dry off and deflate before storing). There are also some fishing poles if you want to try and catch a trophy bass Fully equipped kitchen with Stove, cooktop, microwave, crock pot, toaster, toaster oven, blender, Keurig, tea pot, Mr. Coffee & more. There are some staples in the pantry and cabinets that you can help yourself to. The majority of the light switches are labeled. There are remotes for the ceiling fans, the Bose radio / CD player, DVD player, Amazon Firestick & TV's. The home is on a septic system, so toilet paper only please. The water comes from a well - it is safe to drink, but not everyone likes it (we don't). There is an aeration system installed, that removes the usual well water odors. There is a ZERO water pitcher in the kitchen that we use to fill the coffee pot, make ice, etc. You may want to bring some bottled water if you are not used to well water. Most importantly - unwind, relax & de-stress. We hope you enjoy your stay. We now have EV charging available with a dedicated 220V, 50 AMP NEMA 14-50outlet outside.
