Herman’s Island Boathouse is your ideal summer destination. Our two bedroom boathouse is tucked away on a quiet cove in Lunenburg. You can access 2 kayaks to explore the beautiful surrounding water, a barbecue to cook on, and a play structure for children's entertainment! *This property is NOT effected by new regulations in NS* The space This two bedroom family friendly boathouse features a gorgeous front deck that overlooks the water and has an outdoor dining area, BBQ and plenty of lounge seating. All on one level, the family room with a queen size pull out couch, opens into the kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances like a fridge and stove. The breakfast bar seats 2 and your dining table can seat 4. The bedrooms are off of the family room and the first has a double size bed and your second bedroom has twin bunkbeds and a closet. There is a full bathroom with shower off of the kitchen. *No laundry available on site* Outside there is a play structure to the side of the home, perfect for entertaining the little ones. Directly Infront of the deck and home, there is a private beach area with a rock wall. Two adult kayaks and one childrens kayak are available for use. Guest access The entire property will be available to you. There are neighbors on one side so we ask to be considerate of noise levels and containing your pets to this property.
