Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Self contained apartment with a lovely patio and a deck to enjoy on a balmy evening - also great for outdoor dining! Or relax on the lawn under the amazing natural 10 metre high natural rock wall - light a fire in the brazier and toast some marshmallows when the season permits (April to October). You will be greeted by the morning sunshine through the picture window/sliding door as you sip morning your coffee! The space The apartment is perfect for one or two people. There's a spacious double bedroom with a built in robe and a comfy bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, fridge, cooking options including a hotplate and a grill if you're the cooking type, and a BBQ outside. All utensils are provided. Otherwise there are plenty of dining and takeaway options nearby. The bathroom is quite spacious and has a large shower. The toilet is in the bathroom. You will have private and independent access to the peaceful apartment which is on the ground floor of a two storey house, separated from the rest of the property. There is access to an adjacent laundry if washing is required. A clothes dryer and iron are available on request. Children will be considered on request. Pets are ok too but please advise and discuss when booking. Other things to note 15 minutes from CBD, less than 10 minutes to Flinders University and Hospital, 20 minutes from McLaren Vale wine region, and 15 minutes from Adelaide's amazing beaches - perfect for some seaside shopping or dining, then watching the sun set over the water! Stunning! There's also a range of fun activities, bars and fashion to enjoy in the Glenelg beach precinct. Or take a walk along the shore on the popular esplanade walking paths. You can even do the Hallet Cove Board Walk, a 5km interpretative walking trail describes the park’s cultural and geological heritage, including evidence of an Australian ice age some 280 million years ago. The outstanding glacial pavements along the northern cliff tops are recognised as the best record of Permian glaciation in Australia and have international significance. For walking enthusiasts or off road / downhill cyclists, there are about 40km of off-road trails for cycling and walking which you can access from the top of our street or nearby. Four trail zones across the Mitcham Hills district offer a range of walking and mountain bike riding challenges and more areas to explore. There’s a variety of terrain like steeper gullies and quarries, and stunning views of the ocean and surrounding hills. There’s a trail for everyone’s skill level. There is a bus service just at the end of the street to take you into the heart of the city, or, discover the charm of King William Road, 7 minutes by car or 10 by bus, a premium destination for those who appreciate the finest in dining, shopping, and lifestyle experiences. Just minutes from Adelaide’s CBD, this vibrant street is renowned for its mix of high-end restaurants, where culinary excellence meets relaxed alfresco dining.
