A beautiful little modern home, perfectly situated with a rural feel for countryside or canal walks, village rambles , cannock chase music and sporting events. Only a small walk to the historical village of penkridge but with a rural feel or pure escapism. A short drive takes you to Cannock, Wolverhampton or Stafford The space A modern downstairs with living room and kitchen with all modern appliances, the kitchen includes a microwave, airfryer and toaster not a full oven. All windows have electric remote controlled blinds. Downstairs is also a modern shower room. Upstairs takes you to a large superking bed in the bedroom . Countryside views on all aspects with a separate laundry room and bike storage available on request Guest access There are private electric gates to the property, set in the front grounds of a family home. You have access to the entire front property for parking and access to the large pond to sit around for a morning coffee. The rear garden is out of bounds Other things to note This is a perfect cottage for a couple but we have 2 cottages so if you have friends Poppy View may be available. We are sorry due to the open plan nature of the stairs we are not child friendly and infants are not catered for but bought at your own risk. Please ask if you need access to the laundry room for bike storage / laundry or luggage storage
