Relax with family and friends in this adorable cottage just minutes from PSU, Downtown, Beaver Stadium, Bryce Jordan, Pegula and more! Tucked away at the end of the road and backing one side of Lederer Park, you will find deer grazing from time to time. Take a short stroll on the path at the end of the road, away from this little oasis, to access Walnut Springs and the other side of Lederer Park. This cozy stone cottage was built in 1948 and awaits more memories created with your visit! The space Our cute cottage was built in the 1940’s and retains much of it’s original charm. It has knotty pine kitchen cabinets, old wooden doors, plaster walls and a stone exterior. While it it is not an updated home to some expectations, it is a wonderful place to stay in an ideal location. The house has 3 air conditioning units, one in the game room on the first floor, one in the bedroom on the second floor and a portable a/c unit in the first floor bedroom. We have also provided extra tower fans just in case. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES and no pets. There is a tenant in the basement apartment.
