Fantastic location with amazing views to enjoy a comfortable vacation with family or relax while working remotely! Nice 2-story house with spacious garden and outside dinning area in a quiet area with access to swimming pool, volley ball and paddle courts. Located only 10 minutes away from beaches of Majanicho, splendid place for surfing and 15 min away from the town of Lajares. The space The house is nicely divided in two floors with two bathrooms to ensure comfort. The bottom floor consists of the kitchen, living area, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. You will find there all needed kitchenware. The living room is fully connected with the kitchen and with the front patio, in which there is an extra table and chairs. The living room counts with a designated place to work remotely (the whole house has fiber, around 500Mb). Also, in this area, there is a sofa that can be turned into a double bed to fit 2 extra guests. There is a fully equipped bathroom downstairs, with toilet and a bathtub. The room downstairs has to single beds, a wardrobe and an extra desk to work remotely or take simultaneous video calls. The room has a glass door that connects it directly with the back part of the garden. The garden downstairs counts with a nice sofa area to chill and two hammocks for a great time sunbathing. The top floor consists of the main bedroom that has a double bed and connects directly to the upstairs terrace and an extra full equipped bathroom. Guest access You will have access to the full house and private use of the front and back garden. There are other facilities shared with the neighborhood that include a swimming pool, a paddle court and a volleyball court. Other things to note There is a little supermarket in the neighborhood, just 5-min walk from the house. Next to it, there is a hotel that offers some restaurant and bar options. The area is just 10 minutes ago from Majanicho area, where you can find amazing, almost isolated beaches and 15 min away from Lajares where you can find supermarkets and restaurants.
