* In a quiet street 200 m from the center of Arpajon, on the 2nd floor of a beautiful building, 1 bedroom (separate kitchen, bedroom area (bed) + living area with sofa...) renovated and very well equipped: Wi-Fi, desk, TV, washing machine, ironing board and iron, kettle, coffee machine (Senseo)... * Free covered parking available * Halls, shops, restaurants, cinema within walking distance * RER C 500 m away * Access to N20 and 104 and nearby * Bretigny (+/- 10 minutes) * Croix Blanche area (+/- 15 min) The space * Newly renovated (May 2023), combining period architecture and modernity, the T1/T2 accommodation offers plenty of charm with its exposed beams and interior shutters. It is also very bright thanks to its two windows and has good ventilation even when it is hot. * For business or pleasure, everything is done to make your stay as pleasant as possible. * The equipment is new and diversified to meet everyone's needs and feel at home (rice cooker, kettle, toaster, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine (Senseo compatible),... * For better comfort, the accommodation has a double bed (140 x 190). * In addition to the essential Wi-Fi, an HDMI key is installed on the TV, allowing you to enjoy your YouTube or Netflix subscription. * Bed and house linens are available to lighten your luggage. And if you need to do laundry, a washing machine, product (liquid or capsule according to your preferences/habits), clothes hanger, iron and ironing board, hangers... are also available. * On the hygiene side, because it can happen that you forget certain essentials, you will find shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, make-up remover... as a backup in the bathroom. * Condiments, paper towels (choice: disposable or washable), box of tissues, toilet paper, cleaning products are available. * To park safely and free of charge during your stay, parking at the foot of the residence is accessible thanks to the subscription card that you will pick up at the same time as the key to the accommodation. Finally, to make the most of it, check-ins start at 4 p.m. (independently thanks to the lockbox). Checkouts, on the other hand, are easy until 12pm! What if no one is there right before/after you? Possibility of early check-in and/or late checkout and even extending your stay. Guest access Entire home at your disposal, allowing you to feel right at home. Other things to note * For the comfort of the following guests, please refrain from smoking inside the accommodation. * Children over 2 years old are allowed if the accommodation is booked for a single adult, but no equipment (folding bed, plastic cutlery, etc.) is provided. *Pets may be allowed (subject to contacting me to set terms). However, for hygiene reasons, they should not sleep in the bed. * Out of respect for the person in charge of maintenance, remember to apply the (relatively simple) instructions when leaving the accommodation. * Let's be eco-responsible in our daily activities and practice eco-gestures when possible (provision of washable wipes in addition to traditional disposable ones, optimization of towels...). * Existence of another accommodation for 2 people (same building, same floor) bookable at the same time (subject to availability).
