The courtyard room in on the second floor of 100 year old country horse farm set in rural paradise. Historic 1920 wood structure with 1994 modern renovation set amid 95 acre estate. Babbling stream ready for exploration by entrance. Private room in shared house Shared bathroom and spacious kitchen. The space Just look at the pictures. Estate is part of the 2000 acre Big East Fork Conservation Easement. Guest access You may use the kitchen, dining room and roam about the farm, stable, and 95 acres of land. A babling stream lies just under the covered bridge. During your stay I check in on my guests to make sure everything is going well and mutual expectations are being met. Other things to note Internet is available through unlimited cellular hotspot. Very fast fiberoptic speeds are NOT available so video streaming and large file downloads will not work.
