Our Refuge By The Sea Beach Home, a gated, spacious private property, about 3 hours drive from Manila (Tagaytay direction), short walk to the beach, with several guest rooms, en-suite with bathrooms. There is a gathering pavilion with high ceilings that opens to a shaded poolside patio, huge pool, lush greenery, bahay kubos, treedeck and outdoor showers with bathroom, pickle ball court. Come and enjoy the laid back comfort of "probinsya"--farm and ocean life at Ligtasin Beach The space This listing has a total of 4 guest rooms: Cuarto Uno, Dos, Tres, and Cuarto Quatro ( floors 1-4), ensuite with a bathroom. In excess of 16 count is an extra per person per night charge. Count includes children and auxiliary. We do have additional 3 more guest rooms that are available should you need more room. Extra charges apply per additional guest room. Guest access In addition to the assigned private guestrooms, guests can use the central common gathering pavilion, which houses the living, dining, media/library, work area, food prep/pantry, loft, swimming pool, garden area, covered patio, fire pit area, covered patio, breezeway kitchen and outdoor eating areas, outdoor toilets and showers/ changing area, bahay kubos, hammock. Front courtyard for parking. Tree deck under repair at present. Other things to note We are NOT beach front. From the premises, we are a short 2-3 minute walk to the shore and there is also a longer walk on level ground. Tides and currents are the main way beaches are created, changed and even destroyed as the currents move sediments and sometimes trash/ debris from one place or another. Beaches are constantly changing. Tides and weather can alter beaches every day, bringing new materials and taking away others. Beaches also change seasonally. With this in mind, beaches now may not look the same as photos posted. Please help with our local government keep our Philippine coast clean, and put plastics and trash where they belong or take them home.
