Fill your day kayaking, swimming, fishing, hanging out on the dock and boating the 56,000 acres that Lake Hartwell has to offer! DOCK: Private Dock with boat slip which is perfect for boating, kayaking, or just relaxing by the lake! WATER DEPTH: As of April 4, 2026 we have 2 feet of water at our dock. We are also able to push our dock out at this property to chase the water.
