Suitable for both families and groups of friends, this villa in Sant'Antioco has three spacious and bright double bedrooms, for a total of six sleeping places. Two are located on the lower floor, where also the living area is. The master bedroom, with en suite bathroom, is located on the upper floor where also the fitness room is, and two spacious solariums with sea view, one of which is accessed directly from the bedroom. The interior style of this Sardinia holiday villa is a reminder of the surrounding nature, with its wooden architectural components and Mediterranean colours that make it both sophisticated and sober at the same time, all in a perfect harmony with a refined and modern décor. The living room, equipped with large windows and a comfortable sofa, features a beautiful parquet floor that conceals a modern underfloor air-conditioning system that will makes you feel as pampered as you deserve. The kitchen is elegant, well-equipped and modern with an induction hob, electric oven, wine cellar, dishwasher and coffee machine. At the end of the day, a delicious dinner can be prepared and enjoyed comfortably on the outdoor veranda. There is also a barbecue and some chaise lounges to enjoy your moments of conviviality and relaxation. Please note: The pool is usually open from 15 May to 15 October, however, opening and closing dates are subject to general weather conditions and approval by the owners. Other things to note NOTE: - Electricity must to be paid at the end of the stay on consumption. - Upon arrival, a security deposit of 1,000.00 euro will be held by credit card. This amount will be released automatically (according to your bank's schedule) at the end of your stay. In the event that damage are found or the rules of the villa are not observed, the agency reserves the right to retain the amount corresponding to the resulting damage. For check-ins from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. (upon request) there is an additional fee of EUR 30.00. For late check-ins from 10 p.m. onwards (upon request) an additional charge of euro 50.00 will be applied.
