This centrally-located condo is in the popular Snowbrook Village development. This condo features 1 bedroom sleeping 3, 1 bath and an open concept kitchen & living room. Enjoy the views of Sugarloaf Mtn, swimming at the pool house or playing tennis on the courts (in the Summer). You are close to walking & biking trails, grocery stores, restaurants & shops. Extra amenities include a gas fireplace, WiFi and a washer/dryer. 1.5 Miles to the Sugarloaf Golf Course and 1 Mile to the Disk Golf Course! The space This condo is located in the popular Snowbrook Village development! You have a shared parking lot with free parking (2 cars allowed in front of the condo). This is a downstairs unit and the lock box is located to the right of the door for easy entry! This is a one bedroom unit sleeping 4. You will have the option to sleep on a king and single bed, or the pull out couch in the living room. If you take your work on the road, there is a small designated work area in the bedroom with computer access! There is a full bathroom (with bath tub) and a washer and dryer located just outside of it. There is an open concept living room & kitchen and enough seating for your group to hang in the living room or enjoy your meals at the table. Enjoy your morning coffee looking at the views of Sugarloaf Mountain or a glass of wine in front of the gas fireplace while reading a book. Just outside of the condo, you will find a private ski locker to store belongings when not on the mountain. Also included is complementary shuttle services via the Sugarloaf Explorer, which travels to the base lodge, and many other local amenities. (Please note the shuttle is only available during the ski season!) Snowbrook Condos have a pool house and a tennis court available for your use. Please check the schedule prior to your booking as we have no control over the association rules. Guest access Guests has access to the entire condo. Check out some ideas below, you will want to contact business for hours and rates. -Antigravity Center (located at the bottom of the access road) just a mile away! Enjoy an open gym for basketball, walking around the track, the full exercise room, skate park, trampolines & climbing walls! -Narrow Gauge Pathway is a rail trail which hugs the east bank of the scenic Carrabassett River. The trailhead is located directly across from the access road. Great for walking your dogs (on a leash) or exploring. -Sugarloaf Disk Golf is located at the base of the Mountain (1 mile away) -Sugarloaf Golf Course is located on West Mountain (1.5 miles away) -Hiking various trails around the area, Burnt Mountain, Cranberry Peak & More. -Flagstaff Lake Scenic Boat Tours located in Eustis (get a tour of the old history of Flagstaff) -The Bison Ranch located on route 16 off the Kennebago Road- The hutch is open MOST Saturdays but you can always see the Bison from the roadside. On your way there, you can moose watch! -Sugarbowl Bowling Alley is located just a few miles away in Carrabassett. They have a restaurant, bar, arcade, bowling & golf simulator. Other things to note We work really hard to make sure you have a good experience while vacationing at one of our properties. Please realize we do not control the weather and if the mountain closes, there are still many things you can do in the area! You will not be eligible for a refund based on any inability to use your pass due to weather-related or wind-related events, including snow levels. The pool house is free to all of our Snowbrook guests. This amenity is offered by the association. It is open by reservation during the ski season and by key during the off season. The hot tubs do not operate in the Summer. We are not in control of the pool house hours or operations. You will not be eligible for a refund based on any inability to use the pool house. We are more than happy to reach out to the pool house to get up to date schedules upon request. They usually close twice a year for deep cleaning.
