Located in the village of Alella, 15 minutes from the beach and the El Masnou train station (a station that is only 30 minutes by train to downtown Barcelona). The space Newly renovated 62 m2 apartment with space for 4 people, ideal for families or couples. It has 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom with a double bed and another double bedroom with two twin beds. It has a very bright and pleasant dining room. Also with a modern kitchen, a bathroom with shower (linens and towels included) and a small balcony. It has all the amenities: air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher and TV with internet. If you come by car, you will find free parking very close to the apartment. Apartment located 17 km from the Montmeló Formula 1 Circuit. Guest access The apartment is rented as a whole and no spaces are shared with other guests. It is located on the 4th floor and has an elevator. If you need a crib for a baby, you need to tell us a few days before. Other things to note - We live 5 minutes from the apartment, and we are happy to help you with anything you need to make you feel comfortable during your stay. - Family oriented accommodation In case of non-family groups, write us and we can consider it. - For us it is very important to respect the tranquility of the residential neighborhood where the apartment is located, so please check that you can comply with the house rules before making a reservation. APARTMENT RULES - The apartment has a tourist licence. Pursuant to Law 2/2026 of March 6, 2026, of the Government of the Generalitat de Catalunya, a Tax on Stays in Tourist Establishments (IEET) is applied to guests over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights. This fee is not included in the rental price and is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. The tourist tax is made up of: 1. Government of Catalonia tourist tax: €1 per person per night for stays booked up to March 31, 2026. €1.75 per person per night for stays between April 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027. €2.50 per person per night for stays starting on or after April 1, 2027. 2. Municipal tourist tax: €1.75 per person per night for stays from October 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. €2.50 per person per night for stays starting on or after April 1, 2027. - At check-in, accrediting identification documentation of guests will be required to make the check-in of travelers of the Autonomous Police. - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, being the exclusive responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please avoid waste and negligent use of resources. Waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity and water, is not included in the price of the stay. - Garbage must be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odors and dirt. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO: - Host or invite more people than those registered on the booking form. The use of the apartment is intended only for people included in the reservation. Therefore, visits in the apartment of persons not included in the reservation are not allowed. - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 pm and before 09:00 am, as it is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors. - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the apartment; if they wish, they can smoke in the balcony. In this case, they must use ashtray. - No pets permitted. - The apartment has an alarm with motion sensors, although it is disconnected when there are guests in the accommodation.
