The property is set on the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, within 20 acres of the Honicombe Holiday Park. It’s a short drive from popular sea side destinations! It has three bedrooms & two bathrooms located downstairs with a kitchen and open planned dining/ living room on the first floor. The glass door opens onto a large balcony looking over fields & a small road leading around the site. The perfect place to listen to the birds & the stream! Please note, no working parties permitted. The space Basic family friendly holiday property. Guest access Guests have full access to the property including private decking and patio areas. Access to children’s play park, tennis court and bar/ restaurant on site. No access to onsite pool (inside or out) at present - there are great pools a short drive away.
