Other things to note IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: - Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking. -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. - Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management. - Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process. - Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation. PETS - This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately.
