In the heart of a property of more than 30 hectares, the Fompesquiere gîte is an invitation to relax in the heart of nature. This valley located in Pays de Serres is crossed by a stream that feeds three ponds where you can boat, swim, fish. This completely independent gîte is located in an old hamlet, away from the owners' house. A large family or a group of friends will be able to enjoy the environment that is both grandiose and intimate. The space The cottage has been completely renovated according to eco-environmental standards (lime, hemp, poplar), the cottage offers a living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, a PRM bedroom (2x90 close together to make 180) with PRM shower room/toilet (private terrace), 2 bedrooms (2x160), a family bedroom (2x90 +1x160 in mezzanine), a common shower room, and a common toilet. Terrace with garden furniture. In an annex near the pool, a 5th master suite type bedroom (1x180 - 1 extra sofa bed for children) with private bathroom and toilet. Sheets, towels and bath sheets included, beds made. Private heated pool, salt water, open all year (surcharge requested for heating). Ping pong table, outdoor kitchen, on-site catering. Nature walks from the cottage (11 km hiking loop through the property). Bastides to visit: Monflanquin, Penne d'Agenais, Tournon d'Agenais... Château de Bonaguil, gabarre ride on the Lot, canoe rental, fishing on the Lot. Peasant or gourmet markets in the summer, Foie Gras Museum in Frespech, nearby producers (prunes, hazelnuts, pies, foie gras, fruit). Cahors and Quercy vineyards.
