After passing the hallway, you will have in front of you the large living room with a table that can accommodate 5 people, a comfortable sofa bed where you can rest and have fun with your favorite series on the HD Smart TV with integrated Netflix. From the living area, you can access the spacious terrace equipped with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy a typical Emilian dinner in the open air on warm summer evenings, and you will have a view of the rural landscape. From the living area you can access the kitchen, with everything you need to feel at home: coffee machine, 4 induction stoves, oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with freezer. In the living area, you will also have access to the laundry room, where there is a washing machine, dryer and all the products for home care; from here you can also enter the first super-hygienic bathroom, complete with everything you need for personal care. You then move on to the sleeping area with the two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and a large terrace, the second with two enveloping single beds for a regenerating rest; and a very spacious wardrobe where you can store all your personal belongings.
