We offer you 4 regular accommodations that can accommodate 2 additional beds on a double sofa bed - additional fee. The apartment has a fully equipped and functional kitchen with a dining room, 2 bathrooms and a sauna. We offer a crib for children and a toddler bed. Maximum 2 dogs allowed, subject to additional charge. The space Bath towels and a sauna are provided. Tea and welcome coffee are available to guests. Guests can also use wood and fireplaces located on the property. The water in our facility comes from its own deep well and is additionally filtered, suitable for direct consumption. Parking is monitored and free of charge. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment exclusively. The house is divided into an apartment on the ground floor and an apartment on the first floor, so it has common areas such as: parking, a garden with a fireplace and a gazebo, and a technical room for storage, bicycles or skis. Once the receipt is issued, you won't be able to issue an invoice. •We also inform you about the rules for collecting a security deposit at our property. We collect a security deposit of 500 zł - by bank transfer to the indicated account 3 days before the start of the stay. In the event of a transfer made after that date, please send us a confirmation of the transfer, but no later than the day of the start of your stay by 3:00 PM. The security deposit will be refunded no later than 2 business days at the end of your stay. •A crib with a mattress and linens, we prepare at the guest's request and is charged extra - 40 zł for the entire stay. •We accept up to 2 well-behaved dogs. The stay is for an additional fee of 40 zł / night. •The nightly price includes 1 to 4 regular accommodations. Additional 2 spaces are charged extra. The price is 100 zł/night for one extra bed. •A inventory of equipment is on the premises, any non-conformities please report the inventory equipment immediately upon arrival. Any faults should be reported as soon as they are found. • Smoking is not allowed inside the property under the penalty of 500 zł.
