Recently renovated, this large (60sqm), stylish studio is one wing of our beautiful, secluded 19th-century barn, with pellet-burning stove, mid-century furniture, basic kitchen, shower room & lovely garden views. Near pretty market town of Bungay on Suffolk/Norfolk border. Good for couples & business travellers, but the sofa converts into two extra single beds for families. Perfect base for exploring East Anglia. Great pubs, restaurants, walks, beaches & Norfolk Broads nearby. Dogs welcome The space The room is spacious and light, with a very large, comfortable (though low) bed, and a small patio outside. The sofa converts into two extra single beds, but we wouldn't recommend more than 3 adults staying in this space. You have lovely views onto the garden and pond. Cooking facilities are limited to an induction hob and a convection/grill/microwave, as well as a barbecue. There is a 32in TV with Sky and Netflix, as well as a large choice of DVDs. We provide a DIY breakfast for your first morning (bread, milk, tea, coffee, preserves and eggs) and a basic larder. Guest access The space is all your own, with your own door. Outside space is limited to patio, unless we're away (which we usually are throughout September). Other things to note Our friendly dog will want to play with you and there's no barrier between her space and yours, so if you don't like dogs, this might not be for you (except in September).
