You will be staying in the beautiful & homey independent apt located on the 2nd floor of our 1893 Historic home where you will be sure to enjoy a serene, and peaceful ambiance. The cozy apartment features 2 beautifully appointed BR, 1 BA, a spacious & bright living area, & a full-well equipped kitchen offering a brand new coffee maker, toaster, microwave, air fryer, stove/oven, & a full size refrigerator. Additionally, enjoy a fully stocked pantry - offering canned staples, spices & condiments, pasta, popcorn, snacks, coffee & tea, water & soft drinks, and granola bars. Enjoy the peace and tranquility that only a real home away from home can offer. Perfect for short getaways or extended stays. This apartment is part of our 1897 Historic Victorian House. The apartment has an independent entrance on the side of our home. We have tried our best to make this space homey, cozy, practical, and beautiful. Also, our Victorian home is located within a 5 mins walk from Downtown Ypsilanti and Depot Town. Enjoy a nice stroll along the cobblestone sidewalks in Depot Town. When using the bathroom only human waste and toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. No wipes (even flushable ones), no feminine hygiene products (including pads and tampons) can ever be flushed down the toilets. There will be a cost of $200.00 if we need to have the system repaired during your stay.
