The Barley Mill

The Barley Mill is an enchanting 19th century Cornish Mill hidden deep within the Marsland Nature Reserve. Described as something out of a fairytale, think Hansel & Gretal, the Mill is incredibly fortunate to be one of the very few cottages in the reserve itself, where you are afforded some of the most spellbinding views of the ancient woodland where you can sit back and relex to the sound of the river. It's a miles walk through the woods to the coast where you can bask on Marsland Mouth Beach. Other things to note Please note we do not have an oven, there are two hobs and a combination microwave. Also the lane is narrow and steep, so please message us if you have a large vehicle as you may not be able to fit.
