A recently built house, for rent as a whole, where you can enjoy with your family and friends its spacious living room with fireplace and its large patio with private pool, barbecue and chill-out area. Our house is located in Maello, a cozy town in the province of Ávila, right on the border with the province of Segovia and just 90 km from Madrid. The house consists of a fully accessible ground floor (the upper floor of the house is not built), with a living-dining room, a toilet, a kitchen with pantry, 2 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms. The living-dining room is very spacious and has a fireplace, TV, sofas, ottomans, a large table with chairs, and 4G WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction stovetop, extractor hood, a large refrigerator with freezer, air fryer, express cooker, pots, pans, drip coffee maker, juicer, blender, toaster, kitchenware, recycling bins, pantry with shelves, and a high table with stools. The rooms have built-in closets, a desk-dressing table, and coat racks. Two of the rooms have a 1.60 bed, another has two 90 beds, and the last one has two 1.35 beds. The bathrooms are equipped with toilet paper, gel, shampoo, hand soap, hairdryers and magnifying mirrors. The half bathroom is very close to the living room and the kitchen, and it also has toilet paper and hand soap. The patio has a pool in summer with a solar shower, a gas barbecue, a gazebo, tables and chairs, as well as a chill-out area with sofas. It also has lighting so you can enjoy pleasant evenings. Bedding and towels are included (there is no laundry service). We also have cribs and high chairs for your little ones (prior notice required).
